How the service works
When a forklift comes to a stop, it sets off a chain of unwelcome consequences in your workflow. At that moment you only need to know our contact details and we're already on our way to help.
Service call-outs with a mobile workshop
Our service vehicles are equipped as mobile workshops with tools, the most essential spare parts and all the necessary diagnostic equipment, so our technicians can identify the fault present on the forklift right at your site.
Forklift inspection
During the first inspection of the forklift we carefully record the faults found and determine whether a repair makes sense. We brief you on the actual condition of the forklift as well as on the repairs needed. In addition, we always point out the periodic maintenance work prescribed by the forklift manufacturer, thereby preventing sudden breakdowns.
In the event of major faults or more demanding repairs that are difficult or impossible to carry out at your site, we can offer you a replacement forklift for the duration of the repair, while we take your forklift to our workshop for repair at the same time.
Complete service
Because we are only too aware that a forklift service is not just an oil and filter change, and occasionally coolant and brake fluid, we genuinely dedicate ourselves to the forklift and carry out all required work and inspect the forklift to the manufacturers' instructions.
